SaaSPilot is an independent software review publication. This page is for affiliate managers, partnership teams and PR contacts who want to know how we work before deciding whether to work with us.
What SaaSPilot is
We publish research-led reviews, pricing explainers and comparisons of SaaS, CRM and AI tools, aimed at small businesses, solo founders and creators who are choosing software and want to know what it will actually cost them. The publication was founded in 2026 and is written and edited by Nabaraj Wagle from California.
Everything we publish is built the same way: we read the vendor’s own current pricing page and documentation, record the date we read it, and say plainly in the article whether the piece is based on hands-on use or on research. We do not claim testing that did not happen.
What we publish
- Pricing explainers — what every plan of a product actually costs, including the fees and meters that are not on the pricing page.
- Head-to-head comparisons — two or more products priced on the same basis, for the same team size.
- Buying guides — which tool suits which kind of team, with the trade-offs stated.
- Product reviews — what a plan includes, where the limits sit, and who it does not suit.
Current coverage spans CRM, AI tools, SEO tools, marketing tools, design tools and productivity tools. You can read everything we have published on the blog.
How we work with affiliate programmes
We join affiliate programmes for tools we already cover or intend to cover on their merits. Joining a programme does not buy coverage, position in a comparison, or a favourable conclusion — our editorial policy sets that out in full, and our affiliate disclosure names every programme we are part of and states plainly where affiliate links appear.
Where we use an affiliate link, it is disclosed in the article. Where an article contains none, we say that too. As of 19 September 2026 we have three active partnerships — systeme.io, Rytr and Zoho — and affiliate links appear only in the articles that cover those products: the systeme.io pricing guide, the best AI writing tools roundup, the Zoho CRM pricing guide, the two CRM comparisons that cover Zoho, and the best SaaS tools roundup where systeme.io is named as the all-in-one alternative. Zoho pays 15 percent of qualifying sales for a referred customer’s first twelve months, against a 90-day cookie, and that covers Bigin, which is a Zoho product; Rytr pays 30 percent; systeme.io pays a recurring commission. Those are the programmes’ own published terms, not a promise about what we will earn.
What we will not do
- Accept payment for placement, ranking or a positive conclusion.
- Publish a sponsored piece that is presented as independent editorial.
- Describe hands-on testing that did not take place, or attribute experience to the author that is not real.
- Remove or soften an accurate criticism because of a commercial relationship.
- Publish vendor-supplied copy under our own byline.
Where we are today
SaaSPilot is a young publication, and we would rather say so than imply otherwise. We do not publish traffic figures on this page because a number without context is not useful to either side — if you need current analytics to assess a partnership, ask and we will share them directly.
What we can say is that the catalogue is real, dated and sourced rather than spun, and that it is growing on a steady schedule rather than in bursts of thin content.
Get in touch
Affiliate, partnership and press enquiries: info@saaspilot.cloud, or use the contact form. We reply within 24–48 hours.
If you have found something out of date or inaccurate in an article, we would rather hear it than not — the same address works for corrections, and we fix them in the article itself.
