SaaSPilot (“we,” “us,” or “our”) operates the website saaspilot.cloud. This page explains exactly how we make money and what that means for what you read here.
How affiliate marketing works
Affiliate marketing means a company pays a website a commission when a reader clicks through and becomes a customer. If you buy through one of our links, the company may pay us a percentage or a flat fee — at no additional cost to you. You pay the same price you would pay going direct.
Our current affiliate partnerships
As of August 2026, SaaSPilot does not yet participate in any affiliate programs. We are a new publication and have not been approved for any partnerships. No page on this site currently contains an affiliate link.
When that changes, we will list our active partnerships here by name and keep the list current. We would rather tell you exactly who pays us than hide behind a vague statement.
Two things will remain true as we add partnerships:
- We cover products whether or not an affiliate relationship exists, and we will continue to recommend tools that pay us nothing when they are the better choice.
- Any article containing an affiliate link will carry a disclosure at the top of that page, before the content.
How we research what we publish
Our reviews are built from the vendor’s current official documentation and pricing pages, publicly available product information, and — where we have it — direct hands-on use.
We tell you which is which. If we have used a tool ourselves, we say so and describe what we did. If we have not, we say that too, and the article is presented as research rather than personal testing. We will not imply experience we do not have.
Pricing and features in the software industry change frequently. We verify figures against official sources at the time of writing and date every article, but we may miss a change — if you spot something out of date, please tell us and we will correct it.
Editorial independence
Affiliate relationships do not influence our editorial opinions, our rankings, or whether we point out a product’s weaknesses. A commission has never been a condition for coverage on this site, and it never will be. Where a tool is a poor fit, overpriced, or beaten by a competitor, we say so — including when the competitor pays us nothing.
Our Editorial Policy sets out in full how we research articles, how we handle corrections, and why we do not publish star ratings.

FTC compliance
In accordance with the Federal Trade Commission’s Guides Concerning the Use of Endorsements and Testimonials in Advertising (16 CFR Part 255), we disclose material connections on any page where they exist. You will see a notice such as: “This post contains affiliate links. If you purchase through our links, we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you.”
Sponsored content
SaaSPilot has not published any sponsored content. Should we ever accept paid placement, it will be labelled “Sponsored” at the top of the article, and it will be clearly distinguishable from our editorial coverage.
