Disclosure: Bigin is a Zoho product, and SaaSPilot is an affiliate partner of Zoho, so the link to Bigin in this article is an affiliate link. If you sign up through it we may earn a commission, at no extra cost to you. We were not paid to write this, Zoho had no input into it and did not see it before publication, and every price below is quoted from Bigin’s own pricing page rather than from anything they sent us. Our full affiliate disclosure explains how this works.
How we researched this: We read Bigin’s public pricing page on 24 September 2026 and recorded every plan price under both billing toggles, along with the limits each plan states. We have not run structured hands-on testing of Bigin, we do not operate a business on it, and nothing below is a performance judgement or a claim about how the product feels to use. Bigin prices in local currency by region, so a visitor outside the United States will be shown different figures.
The short answer
Bigin is Zoho’s deliberately small CRM, and its pricing reflects that. The entry paid plan, Express, is US$7 per user per month billed yearly — the cheapest paid CRM seat we have found from a major vendor. There is a genuine free plan, but it is capped at one user, which makes it a solo tool rather than a team one. Paid plans run to US$18 per user per month for Bigin 360.
The important thing to understand before comparing it with anything else: Bigin is not a cut-down edition of Zoho CRM. It is a separate product with its own pricing ladder, and moving from one to the other is a migration, not an upgrade.
What each plan costs
| Plan | Billed yearly | Billed monthly | Year one, per user |
|---|---|---|---|
| Free | US$0 | US$0 | US$0 |
| Express | US$7 | US$9 | US$84 vs US$108 |
| Premier | US$12 | US$15 | US$144 vs US$180 |
| Bigin 360 | US$18 | US$21 | US$216 vs US$252 |
Bigin states plainly on the page that local taxes (VAT, GST and so on) are charged in addition to these prices, and that some features and integrations may not be available in every data centre. Both are worth reading before you budget.
What the free plan actually gives you
Bigin’s free edition is real rather than a trial, but the constraint that matters is not the record count — it is the seat count.
- Single user. One seat, which rules out any team use.
- Single pipeline with customisable stages.
- 500 records.
- Three automations, one booking page, built-in phone and third-party phone integration.
- Standard dashboard with charts and KPIs, developer APIs, Zapier and Zoho Desk / Campaigns / Forms integration, apps for iOS, iPadOS, Android and macOS, a business card scanner, and MCP support.
For one person tracking a few hundred deals, that is a usable CRM at no cost. For two people, it is not a plan — it is a reason to pay.
Where Express stops and Premier starts
Express, US$7 per user per month yearly, adds everything most small teams ask for first: three team pipelines, 50,000 records, email and WhatsApp Business integration, 30 automations, mass emails with email insights, customisable dashboards, and 10 custom fields per module. It also brings the integrations people actually check for — Google Workspace, Outlook, Teams, Zoom, Mailchimp, QuickBooks, Zoho Books, Invoice and Meeting, Zoho Sign, payment links, and lead ads from Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and TikTok.
Premier, US$12, is where the AI sits. It raises the ceilings — five team pipelines, 100,000 records, 25 custom fields per module, 50 advanced automations — and adds stage transition rules, multi-currency selling, duplicate cleanup, data enrichment, and an AI set covering a writing assistant, record summaries, an email reply assistant, CrossSell Genie and a Churn Analyzer, with 1,000 AI credits a month.
Bigin 360, US$18, is the ceiling-raiser rather than a different product: 15 team pipelines, one million records, 50 custom fields per module, 100 advanced automation rules, 1,000 mass mails a day, 100 booking pages, 5 GB File Cabinet storage, Email-In with five aliases, and 3,000 AI credits a month.
The practical read: the jump from Express to Premier is a decision about AI and automation depth, not about capacity. If neither is the thing holding you back, Express is the plan.
The annual discount is smaller than the banner suggests
Bigin’s pricing page carries a banner reading “Go Yearly and SAVE UP TO 35%”. Against the plan prices the same page displays, the arithmetic does not reach that figure on any plan:
- Express: US$108 a year billed monthly against US$84 billed yearly — a saving of 22.2%.
- Premier: US$180 against US$144 — 20.0%.
- Bigin 360: US$252 against US$216 — 14.3%.
We are not suggesting anything is being misstated; the banner may refer to a promotion or a bundle we cannot see from the public page. But if you are budgeting, use the plan prices rather than the banner, and expect a saving nearer a fifth than a third.
Bigin or Zoho CRM?
This is the question most people actually arrive with, and the answer is cleaner than it looks. Bigin and Zoho CRM are separate products. Bigin Express at US$7 is cheaper than Zoho CRM’s entry Standard edition at US$14, but it is not the same software with fewer features — it is a pipeline-first tool built for teams coming off spreadsheets, and it does not upgrade into a Zoho CRM edition on the same plan.
So the choice is about shape rather than budget. If you want a small number of pipelines, contact management and light automation, Bigin is designed for exactly that and priced accordingly. If you expect to need custom modules, deeper reporting or the wider Zoho CRM feature set within a year, starting on Bigin means a migration later. We break the Zoho CRM ladder down edition by edition in our Zoho CRM pricing guide.

What we could not verify
- Whether the “up to 35%” annual saving applies to a plan or promotion not shown on the public pricing page.
- Which specific features or integrations are unavailable in which data centres. The page states this is possible but does not enumerate it.
- How AI credits are consumed in practice, and what happens when a month’s allowance runs out.
- Any performance, usability or support judgement. We have not run hands-on testing of Bigin and nothing above should be read as one.
Bigin revises plan limits and pricing from time to time, and the figures above are dated to the day we read them.
